We strive to provide professional and high-quality services, but all services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In no event shall True Response Softech Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Response Softech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
